The Role
We are seeking external trainers to deliver short-term educational programs (5–15 hours) in:
Reception and Identification Centers (RIC) and Facilities of Temporary Reception
Migrant integration centers
Regional training centers
Training Subjects
We are looking for trainers with experience and the ability to issue an invoice for services provided in the following areas:
Electrician Assistant Training
Basic Plumbing Training
Wood Work / Carpentry Training
Cooking (Chef) Training
STEM
and other technical courses
Training Locations
Attica
Pyrgos
Kyllini
Thessaloniki
Ioannina
This call for trainers is within the framework of the Bridging the Skills Gap Programme, implemented by Odyssea through the cooperation between the Swiss State Secretariat for Migration and the Ministry of Migration and Asylum of Greece, under the “Swiss–Greek Cooperation Programme 2023–2026.

Requirements
Relevant professional and/or teaching experience in the subject area
Strong communication skills with multicultural groups
Collaborative spirit and flexibility
Availability to travel to training sites, if not based locally
Ability to issue an invoice for services provided
Good knowledge of the English language (oral & written)
Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an interview with Odyssea’s Academy Manager and the Project Manager.
